Consider sharing a house with others by renting a room. Renting a room gives you many of the benefits of renting a house for less than the cost of even a small apartment by yourself.

Our home is a freshly remodeled brick cape cod with a large yard. It’s situated in the Goochland County Courthouse District. This walkable community has numerous restaurants, a library, a YMCA a variety of shopping, parks, The James River, and even government services a short walk or bike ride away. Shared areas include a dedicated dining room, kitchen, living room, and an enclosed back porch. There is one large full bathroom with a tub & shower upstairs and a freshly remodeled half bathroom downstairs. There is a lot of space available for outdoor recreation and gardening.

There are four private bedrooms each with their own character. Rooms will become available as soon as May with prices ranging from $600 to $800 a month. All basic utilities are included. In addition to having reasonable prices, our terms are fair and we maintain a pet-free, smoke-free, absolutely drug-free home. Please keep this in mind before reaching out.
